1st line Technical Support - Windows £18k - £21k + bonus + excellent benefits - Oxfordshire Entry-level Technical Support. Good Windows knowledge. INTERVIEWS FRIDAY! Great Company, good career progression.The successful candidate be the first point of contact for customers requiring support on any aspect of using our client`s software. Skills required include practical technical experience of Microsoft Windows platforms. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, being flexible in your approach to work. Clear, concise and friendly telephone manner are critical, as well as the ability to prepare written material that is understandable, pertinent and well structured. You will have the ability to prioritise and have strong personal organisation skills. You will be able to communicate with all levels of customer and be excellent at providing positive customer service. You will be self-motivated and able to support multiple products simultaneously. Industry or professional organisation certification in computing fields are not required but highly desirable, as is a computer-related degree. You must either be within commuting distance of central Oxfordshire or be willing to relocate.
